Trailer Warranty

The following are KT Trailers’ terms of warranty.
In each case, warranties are subject to the limitations outlined below.

Coverage

24-Month Limited Warranty

• Replacement or repair of the chassis and axle.

18-Month Limited Warranty

• Replacement or repair of all other components manufactured by KT Trailers.

• Replacement or repair of wheel bearings, lights, wiring, and springs.

Limitations

1. Warranty Coverage
   KT Trailers will repair or replace free of charge any components requiring repair or replacement due to defective workmanship or materials.

2. Exclusions
   The warranty covers normal use only and does not extend to:

   • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or accident.

   • Damage resulting from significant alterations to the product affecting its performance.

3. Repair Location

   • All repairs must be carried out at the KT Trailers workshop unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

   • Repairs at the customer’s location may be arranged by prior agreement, subject to a travel charge.

4. Transport and Associated Costs

   • Transporting the trailer to and from KT Trailers for warranty repairs is the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed upon.

   • KT Trailers is not liable for any indirect costs, including loss of earnings, travel expenses, or accommodation incurred as a result of repairs.

5. Third-Party Repairs

   • KT Trailers will not reimburse repair costs for work carried out by third parties unless prior written authorization has been obtained.

6. Liability Limitation

   • Under no circumstances shall KT Trailers be liable for any consequential, indirect, or incidental damage incurred by the manufacture, sale, use, or repair of the trailer or its components.
